Hurricane Ian Support

When Hurricane Ian flooded Deltona neighborhoods, Deltona Strong collected donations and committed 100% of funds to direct community support — shelter, food, clothing, generators, and fuel — led by local volunteers and tracked for transparency. Our team distributed grocery gift cards to displaced families and ran cookouts to feed neighbors while the water receded.

Happy Birthday, Deltona Strong — Year One

In our first year as an official nonprofit, volunteers held a water forum with a state representative, saved 500+ families from an unnecessary water-disconnect fee, ran a 24/7 emergency support line, and pushed the city to review its performance-evaluation process. Small, thoughtful, committed citizens — changing the city one meeting at a time.

Harvest Festival

Our annual fall celebration at the Community Gardens — a Deltona Strong tradition bringing families out to enjoy the gardens, connect with neighbors, and celebrate the season's growing.

Cars That Care

Our first Cars That Care car show drew over 100 cars and 500 attendees, collecting more than 5,000 diapers and even more wipes for families in need — proof that a good cause and a good time aren't mutually exclusive.
